It is suitable for bottle caps of various specifications with a diameter of 10mm-100mm, and overcomes the disadvantages of a cap and a cap on a conventional capping machine. The design of this model is novel and unique, the operation and adjustment are very convenient, and the production speed can reach 220 bottles / minute at the fastest. It can be used for both stand-alone production and the ideal model for on-line production.
When using a semi-automatic machine, the operator only needs to place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth, and the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rotating wheels during the forward movement of the bottle.
You can also add a capping system to easily upgrade to a fully automatic capping machine. We have lifting, swash plate, and oscillating capping systems, which can be selected according to actual needs.
